Jonathan Faridian, a customer of DoNotPay sued the world’s first robot lawyer, alleging the company is practicing the law without a license. In the lawsuit, Faridian stated he demanded the jury to stop DoNotPay from engaging in unauthorized practice of law.
Fairdian claimed he subscribed to DoNotPay for the generation of demand letters, a small claims court filing, and a job discrimination complaint but received “substandard and poorly done” results.”
